These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by SOUL FLORISTRY ("we," "us," or "our") and the purchase of products and services through our online platform. 2.1. SOUL FLORISTRY offers custom floral arrangements, workshops, memberships, gifts, and other artisanal goods, all subject to availability.
2.2. All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the natural and seasonal nature of floral materials, actual products may vary. We reserve the right to substitute any material or item with one of equal or greater value without prior notice.
2.3. We may limit or discontinue certain products or services at any time without notice.
3. ORDERING AND BILLING
3.1. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
3.2. We reserve the right to limit or cancel any orders placed, including orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be fraudulent or placed by resellers or distributors.
4. PAYMENT
4.1. All prices are listed in SGD (Singapore Dollars) unless otherwise stated.
4.2. We accept payment through major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
4.3. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
5. DELIVERY AND SUBSTITUTIONS
5.1. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, containers, and other materials with alternatives of equal or greater value based on seasonal availability and quality.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
6.1. All sales of fresh floral products and custom items are final and non-refundable due to their perishable and bespoke nature.
6.2. Cancellations for workshops or events must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for refunds.
6.3. In the event of damage or concerns regarding an order, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for case-by-case review.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. All content on this website, including images, designs, text, and logos, are the intellectual property of SOUL FLORISTRY and may not be used without prior written consent.
