All delivery details provided during the ordering process—such as recipient name, contact number, and delivery address—are entered at the sender's discretion. SOUL Floristry will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the sender. All fresh orders contain perishable flower materials and are crafted specifically for the recipient. If a delivery must be returned or rescheduled due to an error in the delivery details, an additional delivery fee will apply. This fee must be transferred immediately before redelivery is arranged; otherwise, the order will proceed to be delivered to the originally provided address.
Delivery Policy
If the recipient is uncontactable at the time of delivery, our courier will place the arrangement safely at the doorstep or building entrance, and a photo proof of delivery will be sent to the sender as confirmation. SOUL Floristry will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the arrangement once the delivery is completed as per the provided instructions. For condominium or restricted-access locations, the sender is responsible for ensuring access or security clearance. We recommend double-checking all recipient information to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.
