Refund policy

At SOUL Floristry, we are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted floral arrangements and botanical products with care and intention. Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our offerings, all sales of fresh flowers, plants, and floral arrangements are final and non-refundable.

✧ No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any fresh floral products once they have been prepared and dispatched. Each arrangement is designed uniquely and crafted using seasonal materials—variations in flower type, color tone, or natural form are to be expected and embraced as part of our bespoke approach.

✧ Order Concerns

If you experience any issue with your order, such as damage during transit or a concern regarding the condition of the delivered product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a suitable resolution at our sole discretion.

✧ Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or workshop date. We reserve the right to decline any cancellation made after this window or for orders already in preparation or transit.

✧ Workshop & Custom Item Policies

Workshop bookings and custom-made items (including personalised gifts, art pieces, and event florals) are also non-refundable. In the event of a workshop rescheduling or cancellation by SOUL Floristry, a credit or alternative arrangement may be offered.
